Sundeep Chadha, proprietor, of the firm has post qualification experience of over 39 years as Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He has handled/is handling varied assignments pertaining to financing, public issues, statutory audit and internal audit of Companies, Income tax, Service Tax, Central Excise and Customs, GST, Management Consultancy and implementation of computerised accounting systems.

Mr. Sundeep Chadha is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1979 and Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1980. He did graduation in Commerce (Honours) and Law from University of Bombay. He has done Diploma in Information System Audit conducted by ICAI. He has also done certificate courses in International Financial Reporting Standards and Indirect Taxes conducted by ICAI.
